Follow these 5 Simple Exercises To Strengthen Your Eyes Muscles And Improve Your Eye Vision Naturally And Quickly
In the last years, the number of people who wear glasses or contact lenses has been increased very much. And its mostly due to the increase of computer usage, and television watching. Problems like Shortsightedness and nearsightedness shows up more often these days.Which sounds like good news for opticians around the world – bad news for us, but it doesn't need to be that way ! 1.Eye Blinking
Blinking is a simple way to keep your eyes fresh and have the ability to focus on longer distances. Computer users / television watchers tend to blink less because of constant focusing on objects on the monitor. Try it now as a simple exercise and you'll notice the change. For the next two minutes blink every 3 – 4 seconds. After you have done this for two minutes, take note of how your eyes feel, are they strained, relaxed, or tired?. Now try not to blink for 30 seconds at a time for the next two minutes. Do you feel the difference?
Blinking gives your eyes a new fresh start, as they are discharged from previous information and ready to take on the new one, it helps to reduce eye strain and freshen your mind.
2.Palming Your Eyes
- Take few deep breathes before you begin.
- Make yourself comfortable while leaning forward on a table/desk with your elbows and resting on your knees. Close your eyes gently.
- Place the two of your hands over your eyes with the cup of your palm covering your eyes gently, your fingers placed on your forehead, and the heel of your hand will rest over your cheeks. Make sure you can blink and do not over pressure on your eyes.
And That is it !. This process(palming)gives you the chance to rest both your mind and your eyes for few minutes at a time. It may not look like a real exercise, but it can make a difference in your day if you take a break and do these exercises.
3.Figure of eight(8)
Imagine a big figure of eight(8) about 10 feet in front of you. Now turn the 8 figure on it’s side. Now trace the figure of eight(8) with your eyes slowly. Do this one for few minutes and then switch to the other way. It may seem very strange at first but it’s worth persevering with it.4.Focusing on Near/Far Objects
Sit in a comfortable position, or take a stand, just be comfortable, this will only take 2-3 minutes at a time.
Put your (right-left)thumb about 10 inches in front of you and focus on it.
Now focus on something else about 10 – 20 feet in front of you.
On each deep breath switch between focusing on your thumb and the 10-20 feet object in front of you.
This will strengthen your eye muscles with time and it will improve your vision overall !.
5.Zooming
- Sit in a comfortable position(just try to be comfortable :) )
- Stretch out your arm with your thumb in the hitchhike position
- Focus on the thumb as your arm is outstretched.
- Now bring your thumb closer to you, focusing on it at all the time, until your thumb is about 3 inches in front of your nose.
- Now move back your thumb away again until your arm is fully outstretched.
Do this for a few minutes at a time through the day and that's it.
These exercises will strengthen your focusing skills and your eye muscles in general, but remember, results Won't show up unless you do this on a daily basis :) i wish you good luck and good vision !.
